Returns and Exchange

Maniac offers “NO QUERY” return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund what you have paid for it in full, in case of return. We mean it.

The most common reason for an exchange will be that the product doesn’t fit right. We understand and we are pleased to return or exchange the product. We hope our customers respect the intention behind the policy and don’t abuse it. To return an order please write to us at

  • We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box (along with all trims and accessories such as tags /clips/buttons etc.). Yes, sometimes, you may loose the trims and if you can’t find them – no problem, just send it in the original box.
  • For your convenience we can arrange for a free pick of the product to be returned. Please contact our Customer Care team to avail this facility.
  • You can also return back the product to our warehouse address as below. The courier charges will be reimbursed in the form of cheque or voucher ( maximum up to Rs.150/-)

Can I return the part of my Order?

Yes, of course. You can do so. Please refer our Return policies.

How will I get refund for my returned articles?

Please allow 7-15 working days to process the refund after the article is received back to our warehouse. Payment made by credit card/debit card will be credited to that account or if you want to change the account details please contact our customer care thru phone or mail us.

In case any discount or coupon code was applied on the original order, the amount received after deduction of the discount, will be credited to your account. The discount amount will be proportionately distributed among the number of products in the original order. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable on the original order, will not be refunded.

Payments made for COD orders, the payment will be made thru Cheque drawn on the customer’s name. Or else you can provide the below information to make the payment by NEFT.

How do I exchange my article that I bought?

You can exchange the article freely within 30 days from the date of purchase incase the size doesn’t fit you. Exchange of the same article in different size is subject to the availability only. In case you need to exchange it with some other product then you need to return this product and place New order. Please go thru our Return Policies or else contact our Customer Care team.
